Arnold License Wrong MAC address.

Our company purchased a monthly license for Maya. I followed instructions to retrieve the MAC address from Maya under the "Arnold" menu to put in when making the purchase. Now when I try to use the batch render I get this in my error log.

I removed information where I put asterisks. It appears Maya gave me the wrong MAC address. Is there a way to correct this? I tried to email tech. support, but the email bounced back and said the email address was not found.

I replied to the email where I originally got the license, they forwarded to tech support. So this should be taken care of. They responded very quickly.

This reminds me that I need to double check the MAC address in cmd instead of trusting Maya.
