How do I create an arnold mesh volume in Arnold 5 C4DtoA

I've been trying to follow the tutorial from arnold, but I can't find the Arnold Mesh Volume tag in C4DtoA. Otherwise I'd be able to follow the tutorial easy - perhaps I deleted something in my installation which is why it's not there? Or I'm just being stupid. Here's a screenshot:

You need C4DtoA 2.0.3
