Good Day,
I was currently doing my rendering in Maya and everything was ok until I reopened my project to render it. I see this tiny dot like pixels in my render ( see image below ) and I tried figuring the problem and it turns out its my deep map that I connected to my sss radius by a multiply node, but before that it was doing pretty fine I tried reloading the texture but no luck, the only thing that can erase those pixels is by deleting my deep map node and just filling it in with a red color.
Hope you guys can help me!
Cheers!
@Max Tarpini Like a Deep scatter map a red map of your diffuse. When I try to connect it to my sss radius those little pixels appear I checked the deep scatter map and its all ok so I’m trying to figure out how to remove it on my render.
Hi @Lee Griggs it only appears on my SSS, and what I did on the multiply node is I put the diffuse in the input 1 and the deep scatter map in input 2 then connect that to the sss radius of my aistandardsurface shader. I get the NaNs when I input the deep scatter map in the input2 of my multiply node but if I just pick a reddish color for the input 2 the render is just fine. I double checked on my deep scatter map and saw no problem with it so now I'm completely lost.
