How do I assign a shader to a .ASS file via aiStandIn?

I'm trying to assign an existing shader to a .Ass file exported from Houdini so I can work with StandIns.

Assign a shader to the aiStandin. That shader will be applied to all objects loaded by the aiStandin.

If you need to assign shaders to specific objects in the ass file, then use operators.

I'm sorry but I don't see where to connect the shader in aiStandin
