I'm using the Arnold demo until my purchased copy arrives. I had been rendering particles and had no problem getting the particles to self shadow. Today I opened the files in Cinema and none of the shadowing would render. I used existing files, that I knew worked correctly, and created files from scratch. No matter what I did all of the particles appeared as flat. I restarted the program several times and restarted the machine as well. Thoughts?
Let me see if I understand correctly. So it was working, than you opened the same scene, did not change anything and now it's not working. In fact it's not working at all? Sounds odd. Can you send me a scene with your render I could take a look at?
