No License Pool in RLM Server

Hello,

This activation process has always been a pain point for me,
The first time around it worked after a few days of troubleshooting, i've bought another month and the RLM server isn't showing a license :|

I downloaded the latest Arnold for C4D R19, the RLM server is running but the license isn't showing up

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,

N

If There is No License Pool in RLM Web Admin

In RLM Web Admin, click Reread/Restart Servers, and check the status again.

If you still don't see a license pool, then click Diagnostics > Run Diagnostics, and send the rlmdiag.txt file to support.
