Hello,
i'm looking for a way to have toon edge alpha channel (using the contour filter) + the whole object alpha in one render.
There was an answer for C4D but i don't have C4D, i can't open Peter's file : https://answers.arnoldrenderer.com/questions/6678/toon-shader-alpha-channel.html
As explained here for C4D : https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=71008418 , I try to understand how i can have a custom AOV with a contour filter setup and a RGB AOV in box filter in 3dsmax.

You can't do the same thing in 3ds Max because MAXtoA doesn't allow you to have different filters for different AOVs...there's no UI for setting that up.
