Check your houdini.env

Start houdini from a terminal (eg a Houdini terminal). Then you should see some HtoA log messages (assuming HtoA is found during startup).

This is my .env:

# htoa config start
HOUDINI_PATH = "/Users/Boy/htoa/htoa-2.1.4_rb6da092_houdini-16.0.736/htoa-2.1.4_rb6da092_houdini-${HOUDINI_VERSION};&"
# htoa config end
HOUDINI_NO_SPLASH = 1
HOUDINI_PATH = PATH_TO_YOUR\GameDevelopmentToolset;&

The second HOUDINI_PATH is overwriting the one that adds HtoA to the HOUDINI_PATH
