How can I avoid color jitter to animate in Maya2018?

I use ai color jitter in Maya2018 , but it doesn't work well for randomizing color. I want to randomize color each at object, although it animates color per frame, and the flickering effect. I read the report of same problem for Max; https://answers.arnoldrenderer.com/questions/2271/how-do-i-avoid-color-jitter-to-animate.html In this report, this problem can solve by updating latest version, but my scene didn't fix.

How can I solve this problem that animates color per frame, and the flickering effect?

You are using aiJitterColor with Type = Object ?

What kind of object?

@Stephen Blair Thank you for replying. I use Object Type.

My scene uses object of Spray can (made by polygon) and effects (nParticle+instancer).

This pics are per frame.

I want to know how to randomize color each at object without animating the flickering effect. So if it is difficult to solve this problem with using color jitter, I'd like to know different way just arrange colors randomly. I also used ai utility + ai random, but the result was same.
