Difference Maya build in Arnold renderer

I use the students version of maya and want to know where the difference betwen the arnold that is even in the maya instead of, i would buy it seperately

There is no difference between Arnold in Maya and Arnold purchased separately.

Note that Maya ships with the version of MtoA available at the time.

New versions of Arnold and Mtoa are released after that.

So usually there is a newer Arnold available from arnoldrenderer.com
