Hi!
I'm currently working on a project with lots of furry creatures.
At the moment our pipeline generates hair on the cached animation meshes.
those hairs are then exported to ass files so our lighting scenes are clean, quick and easy to use.
The only problem i have now is that the motionblur rendered out of these ass files are purely absolute and not relative to the camera movement.
So our characters move very quickly in world space but the camera is constraint to these characters so there should only be motion blur with rapid movement of the characters itself.
and at the moment i get huge motionblur based on their world space positions.
Is there a small parameter i forget to turn on or does anyone else have a fix for this problem?
(fyi, running maya2018 and MtoA2.1.0.1)
Kind regards,
Rik
Nvm for some reason there was a difference in start and end position in export and render...
you can adjust motion blur value in render setting before exporting ass.
