Creating layer override for Environment in render setting

Hi all,

In maya2017, I am slightly unfamiliar with how render-layer works and I can't seem to create a layer override for "aiAtmosphereVolume" in Environment under Render settings -> Arnold renderer.

I was testing out, having fog in a newly created renderSetupLayer but not having it under the main scene layer but it didn't work, as the fog appears in both layers. I need help in this, would appreciate any!!

Thanks in advance.

2017?

Might have to just override Ignore Environment (Render Settings > Diagnostics)

Thank you Stephen! It works, though, its called "ignore atmosphere" instead of "ignore environment".
