Hello,
With C4DtoA 2.4.5 in C4D r19 on OSX High Sierra.
I add an xref object to new scene (this xref is an object hierarchy with Arnold Materials assigned)
If I convert xref to normal object seems that IPR become solid again.
Can someone test it? With this kind of inestability work with xref and C4toA become imposible.
I have tested with 2.4.1 an C4D r19 on Windows 10 and problem is the same..
Thanks!

I could not reproduce the crash based on your description, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Could you please send me a scene?
Hello @Peter Horvath
Here you can download it https://take.ms/MQLdk
You will see an xref and test scene file. Please open test scene and try to active some take (002,003,004....) and then with IPR active try to adjust light parameters, then try to change to another take and same procedure... you will notice that C4D crash soon or later.
If you do change parameters with IPR off C4D will not crash.
If you convert xref to standard object (press "C" on xref) seems that C4D not crash.
Appear be a problem related with IPR and xRef.
Thanks for your time.
I was playing with your scene on Windows for a good 5 minutes, but no crash. How long does it take for you to make it crash? I'll try on Mac later too.
With IPR active C4D crash before 5 minutes.
I test it in both OS win/mac, Mac Pro and HP Z8 workstations. Files stored locally in SSD disk, and placed both in same directory (to avoid path/networks problems).
You touch arnold light parameters placed inside every take and no crash with IPR active?
Thanks!
I have removed file textures from materials in xref file before send you these files. Maybe I have a problem with one texture file. I will revise that carefully..
Thanks!
Seems the cause of problem was wrong texture paths.
With relative file path placed in xref files and scene file all seems be stable again.
Sorry for your time @Peter Horvath and Thanks!
