Maya arnold render error (blue screen)

Hi,

I installed maya student version to my computer.

Whenever I try rendering with arnold, only blue screen appears in every version (2017,2018,2019)

I have already tried checking mtoa and arnold log but it was no use.

Are there any other ways to fix this problem?

Have you tried updating to the latest version of MtoA?

Are there any errors in the log (full verbosity)? Does this happen in a new scene? Does deleting the Prefs folder resolve it?

I finally solved the problem! I updated the graphic card and changed window user's name. I think the main problem was the fact that users name was not in English lol. Thank you so much for your advice, it was also very helpful! 🙂
