Arnold GPU Limitations: Ignoring Round Edges on Instances

Arnold GPU is not production ready for three reasons:

- It does not support out-of-core yet (not critcial for most of the scenes)
- It does not support branched samples
- It looks like that instances will ignore the Round Corners shader (compare the two renderings)

My still life works good because it just uses a simple shader with diffuse, roughness and normal maps. And a slightly DOF.
This LEGO scene is using SSS and transparency. Without the control over the samples for Diff, Spec, Trans and SSS I am forced to use high samples for the whole picture just to get rid of the SSS noise and this ends up in higher render times in my case.

Even with a similar time there's still too much noise in the GPU rendering.

Thank you for the useful feedback. No, Arnold GPU (Beta) is not production ready yet. Please read the notes here. A list of supported features and known limitations can be found here.
