Arnold renderview 5.3 Cpu not rendering , error says gpu not supported, k4200

When trying to render frames with arnold render view, it doesnt render the error says Gpu not supported but i am not trying to render on GPU , only CPU.

Render works fine with Maya render view window. ( But I want the interactive render and other features of ARV)

Drivers are up to date (419.67).

Arnold updated to latest 5.3

Not that i'm aware of , just default settings. Fresh from install. I've reverted back to the older version for now but the it might be useful for devs to know that using a unsuported gpu breaks the 5.3 cpu version
