Can you update your driver and try again? 419.67 is the minimum required driver

You have

 NVIDIA driver version 419.35

Yes,I have updated the driver now,but still have the same problem.

[gpu] Arnold stack overflow exception encountered during render (37187 threads threw an exception)

I have the same issue as of late.... but I think it might be related to a specific scene and certain elements in it.
Until yesterday I had been rendering on the 980ti and it had been going fine, but on this latest scene, the GPU rendering began to hang quit a bit. Resulting in the stack overflow. With the 980ti I had 1 thread exception.

Then I installed the 2080ti x trio and tried the same scene. No luck. I even let it sit with the renderview window open and running over night. It was stuck at 0%. I did a GPU populate before hand.

Today I tried resetting the preferences. This enabled me to get real time viewport rendering with the gpu with a simple sphere. I then loaded up the larger scene I had been working on and it started hanging again. This time the stack overflow had 13 thread exceptions. I didn't change anything else in the render settings, except lowering the amount of samples totally.

I am getting this before shut down:

[disp] pCubeShape1: padding is at least 10x smaller than it should be! given disp_padding: 0, recommended: 0.972435474

[disp] group3|pCylinder4|pCylinderShape4: padding is at least 10x smaller than it should be! given disp_padding: 0, recommended: 0.117268324

[disp] group3|pCylinder5|pCylinderShape5: padding is at least 10x smaller than it should be! given disp_padding: 0, recommended: 0.11511904

[disp] group1|pSphere1|pSphereShape1: padding is at least 10x smaller than it should be! given disp_padding: 0, recommended: 0.0999999046

[disp] group2|pSphere1|pSphereShape1: padding is at least 10x smaller than it should be! given disp_padding: 0, recommended: 0.0999999046

[gpu] Arnold stack overflow exception encountered during render (13 threads threw an exception)

Cube1 is a simple table shape. Only bevelled on the edge.

CylinderShape4 and 5 are two copies of a orange slice I built. They have a fairly simple shader network made with aiStandard Surfaces. They have a transmission shader attached that controls the meat of the orange slice and its light transmission.

SphereShape1 is a wine glass shape with thickness, being slightly intersected by the shape used as a liquid. It has a displacement attached to bring out facets in the glass.

Light is a SkyDome with default settings. I only changed its rotation. And then two LightPortals for the 2 windows.

The scene opens fine without warnings, but I can't get it to render. It will however render with CPU although yielding worse results than GPU.
