Ive tried a couple of options with the maketx --compression option (default is zip) but I dont see much difference. I also cant seem to manually match the file size when the .tx file is automatically created during an interactive render. What are the options for maketx used during an interactive render?
Basically how do I make the smallest possible file assuming its all lossless compression?

What software are you using? The options will be a little different.
You can use oiiotool -v --info on a tx to get this information.
Thanks for replying Stephen.
Im using maketx on windows10 to convert HDR exr images.
I dont have oiiotool(seems like a windows binary is hard to find).
Can maketx provide info?
oiiotool is included the HtoA distribution, so I use that.
