Can you post an Arnold log?

What lights are you using in that scene?

If you enable Ignore Textures, Ignore Shaders, and Ignore Lights (Diagnostics > Feature Overrides), does it render?
If yes, then disable Ignore Lights. Does it render?
If yes, then disable Ignore Shaders. Does it render?

To get a log file:

  • Render Setup > Diagnostics
  • Verbosity Level = Info
  • Enable Log to File, and set a location for the Arnold log file
