MtoA: Progress bar inaccurate during GPU rendering

I really like the GPU rendering capabilities so far. I particularly love the way you can change which cards you want to use on the fly.

Just some feedback: when rendering on the GPU, the progress bar seems to jump up to 99% or 100% very quickly, even though the render has only completed a small fraction of the total. It would be very helpful for tuning settings if the progress bar was a more accurate representation of the status of the render.
