Hi, i'm using 3Ds Max 2018 + Arnold, i would like to do a led stripes, i added glow effect from the menu but when i try to render appears this error message, how can i solve?
''The following render effects are not compatible with the bitmap format selected for rendering. The selected bitmap format is: RGBA Color 32 bits/Channel.
What i have to change? And in which menu?I don't believe it is supported. You could use Atmosphere Volume with a high Eccentricity value as a workaround or render out an Emission AOV and use it in a compositing package.
I don't know, i saw a video on yt (https://youtu.be/z4H7jV_KF-w) and it works. I just need to do a led stripes illumination for a walkway and the stairs and this is the only one tutorial found on 3dsmax, the others just maya.
VFB+ has some post bloom and glare available compiled up to max 2019.

Restrictions, only works in production mode, and bloom and glare only renders when the render session ends or is stalled. you can grade and inject lut files on the fly as you like. You can try load a Z map into the DOF component to get fast DOF going and disabling it on the active camera.
You can render out post graded sequences with bloom and glare on by rendering to a seperate file, you can set the naming rules in the prefferences of VFB+ in the UI.
You can also use it to bring in denoised .exr files to compare with in the frame buffer directly as it has stack option and stores render sessions in numbered outputs.
