Issue with Render

Hi,

I am currently having issues with Rendering my scene once I bring a rig into it. Before the scene when rendered out the objects with a black background but once I put in the rig (Just rig, no lights or other geometry) it renders the objects but with a grey background instead. Any ideas?

Thanks

How do you "put in the rig" ?

The gray background is probably either another object, or a skydome light that's visible to the camera.

You put this question in the Arnold Core Renderer space. You're not using Maya or some other editing application to build the scene?

I am using Maya. I have tried to find other objects potentially causing the issues and already set the visability of the camera to Zero.

Sorry I didn't realise, where would be the best place to put the question?

Thanks

I moved the question to the MtoA space.

Try debug shading in the Arnold Render View. If you still see gray, then it's some object, because there's no light being used for the debug shading.

Then you could start hiding objects, until you find what you're seeing in the background.
