Under the water scene

I use 3Ds Max 2018. I am making a scene in the water. I want to make underwater caustics like the one on YouTube link below. I can not find the tutorial anywhere, There is no Arnold-related data. Can you help me?

Arnold does not support refractive caustics AT ALL. The tutorial linked here demonstrates a fake lighting effect using a gobo filter. This is upsetting to me, because the user asked for help regarding a specific feature which Arnold does not support. Instead of the truth, which is that this is Arnold's greatest limitation, the user got misdirected to a tutorial that shows a non-physical, not realistic, fake effect.

Probably not helpful for an underwater scene, but I stumbled over this tutorial for fake caustics:

They asked for an underwater caustic scene. It still works despite being a fake effect.
