While the Diffuse and Specular AOV's are very comparable, the object.RGB AOV has a furry edge in comparison to the CPU version, also the background receives an object colour as a point of difference.

Hi Lucas, the edge issue is due to missing support for the closest_filter support, this has been prioritized and should be added soon.
Do you find that the colors are different everywhere or just the background ?
Thank you, apart from those 2 points, the aov works similarly in gpu and cpu mode, including shuffling the colours each rendered still.
