Unable to render, gtx 2080 ryzen 7 2700x

I'm trying to use 5.3 right now. I have a 2080 and want to start rendering with those juicy rtx cores. My model is basically a massive mirror

I hit, "render current frame" and maya freezes for a second and then it just doesn't work

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling maya, same problem...

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling arnold, same problem...

I've tried swapping back to the default renderer and now that does not work(same error "Error: line 1...")

I've tried swapping the model to something else and nothing

I suspect that I need to load new shaders or something but I have the slightest clue what I'm doing so I would like some input before I start getting to ham into this.

Main error I get everytime is # Error: line 1: [mtoa.translator] synColorTranslator: Arnold node type color_manager_syncolor does not exist

If anyone could recommend any other render that utilizes rtx and basic animation would be great alternative solution!

Currently I use Bongo and inbuilt renderer for rhino and that user experience was great, super straight forward, but lacks rtx support. Hence the swap to Maya/Arnold

Maya/Arnold noob here, so any help is very welcome

Here are my logs, not sure if these are the right logs, but here are some logs!

Do you get the same issue when rendering with CPU?

Bedtime reading.

Hello! Be sure of check every node compatible with your scene and current version of Arnold. Some nodes are working with CPU but not GPU at this time. Try to render the same scene with a single aiStandard Surface, If you get no problem, then you know where the trouble is.

First, before you even render, you have to fix your installation.

Why is Arnold in this folder?

ai.dll loaded from non standard location C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2019\bin

It's almost certainly the wrong version, that's why you get this:

# Error: line 1: [mtoa.translator] synColorTranslator: Arnold node type color_manager_syncolor does not exist
