So many small weird things with GPU renders

One thing is the incredible slow first pixel... but yeah, guess you just have to get into the habit of prepopulating every time and go for coffee.

But I've run into a few weird things:

- Paint effects, converted to polygons, remapped with aisurface shaders and files moved to the working folder.... wont render in GPU. It will render without effort in CPU. Specifically the rubberplant in this case.

- GPU wont render fluids....? Even if it's only a single frame (steam)

- For some reason, I suddenly can't render glass in GPU. It comes out as silver instead. CPU renders the same shader just fine as glass.

- An imported chair also stopped rendering. I replaced the shaders... but no result.

I've deleted the prefs 3 times today. Graphics drivers are up to date. RTX 2080ti.
