Surface shader not rendering properly.

I am currently using the Mery Project rig to improve my animation portfolio.

The eyes use a surface shader that looks luminous in the preview box.

When I use the Arnold renderer, the eyes become highly reflective and look like chrome spheres.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have attached renders using the software renderer and Arnold renderer for comparison..

The Mery rig has a spec eye geometry and a color eye or diffuse geometry. This means that the spec eye needs to be transparent. I think with the new shipment of Arnold all you have to do is turn on transmission or lower the opacity. If it's an older version you have uncheck opacity in the shape node of the eye spec.Or you can just hide the spec eye geometry.
