I need to do a do of aistandardsurface that achieves the appearance of the screen that I am attaching:

Salt paste, almost smooth with pores ...

This should be very simple to achieve. Just ensure you are using SSS (Randomwalk 2) for the best results. I suspect the specific look would be more related to lighting and color management.
