C4D R20 crash and wont Open After Installing Arnold 2.4.1.2

as the title said my Cinema 4D R20 crash and wont Open After Installing Arnold 2.4.1.2 :

after the installation i tried many times to open C4D and that's what i get everytime :

What exact version of R20 ? There's a minimum requirement: R20.026

Did previous versions of C4DtoA work?

Does your computer support SSE 4.1 ?
Do you have the Visual Studio 2015 redistributable installed ?
