Can you provide more information about how you are doing it? What shaders/textures are you using? Are you using Transmission or Opacity or is this a particle shading effect?

I used the texures from Substance Painter with png images and export to Ai Standard Surface. After that, I used black and white images for 3 secs that make the textures gone (you can see on the left side). The black and white images I put them into Tranmission then emiter the object. The problem is Maya view is worked but Arnold doens't.

I did put the black and white images into Opacity and disabled Opaque and it's worked!!!! Thanks for support. 🙂
