Houdini 17.5 not rendering on GPU with 5.3

When choosing the GPU(s) as a render device in Houdini 17.5.229 on Windows, Arnold does not render, it's as if arnold doesn't even get to `AiBegin` because it does not even create a new `Stats File Path` file for debugging. All the Houdini console shows is that it exported the Arnold `.kick` and then shutdown.

Happening for both `IPR` and `Render to Disk`

Not quite sure what's happening.

Check the Info on the Arnold ROP, the actual render log should be there

Basically it says `generating scene...` Then nothing happens, not even an error pulled in the arnold rop

Actually it just started working again out of nowhere... lol, will keep you posted if anything happens.
