Arnold does not convert to tx

Hi, when i import my textures to my mesh in Arnold load them normally but it doesn't convert them to tx. I tried convert them with the Tx Manager but it gives me this error:

It could be the 'ó' in the folder name. Try putting the texture somewhere else and see if it recognises it.
