Licening in OSX not quite working

Hello

I have followed the instructions as explained here.

https://support.solidangle.com/display/A5AILIC/Installing+the+License+Server+on+Mac+OS+X

After rebooting the machine I am able to access localhost:5054 . I then try to verify my licenses as explained here https://support.solidangle.com/display/A5AILIC/Checking+the+solidangle+ISV+status

However, I don't see a License Pool Status table in my page.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Which plugin are you trying to install (MtoA, C4DtoA etc) ? And which version. If it's a recent version you may need to follow the Autodesk licensing guide: https://support.solidangle.com/display/A5AILIC/%5BCLM%5D+Setting+up+Autodesk+licensing

Check the RLM diagnostics. Either you don't have a license file, or the license file isn't right for the current machine.

Hello Stephen, thanks so much for your reply. This is the head of the RLM log. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That license was issued for a different computer (the MAC address in the license file doesn't match the MAC addresses of the computer RenderFarmLeft)

It's a floating license for 5xArnold. Is RenderFarmLeft the machine you want to use for the license server? If so, then You'll need to fill in and return a License Transfer Form.

You can get the form here: https://www.solidangle.com/support/licensing/license-transfer/

I removed the log, since the formatting was broken, and because it had your license and mac addresses

Thanks Stephen. I was pretty sure this was the issue. I just had to verify before going to my IT guy.

Cheers
