pbr workflow seems to be broken

capture.jpgcapture.jpgHi guys

I have been following all the workflows that are out there for PBR rendering. But my roughness does not show up properly. The metalness texture seems to be creating some black pixels on my render.

I am bringing the textures from substance painter to arnold, and I have checked all the workflows to make sure I have not missed any step. I have attached a sample of what I mean here. As you can see I am missing lots of details in arnold render(first picture),compare to screen grab of substance painter.

Am I missing something here?!

I am using substance painter 2019.1.0 and arnold 5.3.0.2

Which plugin? Can you show a screengrab of your shader network? OutColor R -> Specular Roughness right? (or via a Range or Color Correct for extra control).

Hey man, thanks for the reply. I have attached a screen grab of the shader. I have not add a range or color correct to the shader yet, I thought I would do so in case it was needed. But I am getting anything from the roughness yet.

cheers

So after lots of work, I realized the problem is in Maya 2019. I tried the same scene in maya 2018 and everything seem to work fine.
