Single GPU renders faster than double

Hey, everyone,

I'm using latest Arnold GPU engine in Maya and latest Nvidia drivers. I have Nvidia 1060 6GB and 1080Ti 11GB, for some reason double setup takes couple seconds longer to render than selecting single 1080ti. On top of that, when in dual GPU mode, the 1060 is always 100% in use, whereas 1080ti fluctuates between 0-60%.

Does anyone have ideas on what might be happening?

NVIDIA Optix (what Arnold uses for GPU rendering), is not currently optimized for rendering on different types of GPUs. What happens is that the workload is evenly divided between the two GPUs, so the faster GPU ends up finishing first and ends up idling waiting for the other slower GPU to finish.
