That message is coming from a Python module, so I would check your environment. Or run Process Monitor to see when and where ai.dll is accessed.

Hi Jeff,

I'm having exactly the same issue when loading htoa.

Any one know how to fix this?

Thanks

Fred

Still the same answer as last time. Check your environment.
