Query the dimensions of crop region in Arnold render view?

Writing a script to transfer - region to render settings eg...

 setAttr "defaultArnoldRenderOptions.regionMinX"  0;
 setAttr "defaultArnoldRenderOptions.regionMaxX"  250; 

I have a little UI but the easiest would be to swipe data from the crop region in the UI... there is a way

to grab it from the Maya render view but using Arnold Render View would be easier?

It can be set with this but there doesn't seem to be -query flags on this command.

arnoldRenderview -opt "Crop" "120 134 178 299";
