I try to use Adaptive Sampling. I'd like to check AA_inv_density AOV, but it's completely dark. AA is on, Camera AA is 2 Max AA is 5, treshold is 0.01, but apparently nothing happens
In the current MtoA, that aov uses the heatmap filter, so you should see something right away.
If it's using a different filter, you'll probably need to adjust the exposure to see the different sampling densities
Not a Maya guy, but a quick shot would be that the visible content sits above the EV ( exposure ) level that you currently look at.
It SHOULD start out as white actually and then dim down as passes progress.
