Texture from Photoshop doesn't update in Arnold render only in viewport.

When I make a change to my textures in PS and then switch back to Maya, the texture does update in the viewport but not in my Arnold renders. I understand this can be done by running the Arnold > Utilities > Update Texture Files command. Is this really the only way. Do I have to do this EVERY time I make a change to my texture and want to se the change in the renderer? I mean Softimage could do this 10 years ago. Blender can do this with a smal pluggin and so on. So, can this be done without any manual intervention every time?

Edit: I noticed you can close and reopen the Arnold render view, or swithc to Viewport 2.0 and back to Arnold, and the changes takes effect. Is there no way to just refocus on Maya and have the Arnold renderers update immediately?

If you have auto-tx enabled in the Render Settings, then the texture will update when you update the Arnold Render View (Render > Update Full Scene)
