How correctly connect Metaness map? and what is a benefit in Hight map? i connect it with displasement shader, but not is changed...

Try connecting a Range shader in-between Metalness and the Metalness map.

Have you increased subdivision iterations for the mesh? Try it on a plane to see if it works first.

Thanks, i will. Yep, i have increase subdivision iterations, catlark, 3... Yes, see the result.
