Alpha Channels not shown/seen through transmissive/refractive objects?

Does Arnold to C4D currently doesn't support Alpha Channels seen through transmissive/refractive objects? I'm trying to render glass with transparency alphas. I'm trying to get the glass on this image with a transparent alpha so I can add things behind it/between it and background in compositing. ref.jpg

'Transmit AOVs' should do the trick.

FYI - I just learned from a colleague that if you are using a Sky object (for lighting and/or reflections) but you still want the transparency to show properly in the alpha you need to turn the Transparency samples to 0 on your Sky object.

2 things you need to do: 1) In your transparent material, in the "Transmission" channel check on the "Transmit AOV's" option. and 2) if you are using an Arnold sky object for lighting, set its"Transmission" samples to 0.
