Arnold Rendering black output

I can the Render image in 3ds max view. these output is not getting when i am rendering. i didn't give any lights.

Is there anything in the alpha ? What lights are you using in the scen?

I don't know about alpha.

lights - Quad (Arnold light)

if lights will not work then in view port we will not see?

but we can see in viewport

only in render having problem

What does the production render settings look like?

In the Render Window if you click the alpha icon you should see the silhouette of the objects, if not something else is happening

Please post the log file.

If you mean there really is nothing, then please increase the log verbosity.
