How do I activate Arnold GPU on Maya Educational License?

not-showing-up.png it doesn't give me the option to enable arnold GPU like I've seen in other menus online. I've also tried going into my

C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI, and copying the nvml.dll file from sys 32 into it with still no avail.

I'm using a GeForce RTX 2080 GPU. I've searched google, reddit, autodesk and countless other forums and couldn't find anything related to this, nor answering my question.
