Xgen texturing renders are different between CPU and GPU ( MTOA)

Can you show how the shading network is setup, or even better share the scene or a simple repro?

its the same shader network however switching between cpu and gpu gave me those results

with the cpu mode it is like the texture projected on the fibers based on the mesh uvs

with gpu mode each fiber is separately textured

I'll take some snap shots for the shading network

Thanks for the the scene, I was able to reproduce the issue. I can see what you mean about each fiber being textured individually on the GPU rather than the desired effect of having having the texture projected onto the fibers. I've created ticket #8715 to tackle the problem.
