AiOpSetTarget not working

I want to create some operators in a program and connect them to the option node so my operators can work.

I try to use the <AiOpSetTarget> function. It does set the operator as a target operator in the current universe.

However, If I use the function <AiNodeIsLinked> to check, I find that the operator node and the option node are not connected, so my operators will not work properly.

I also try to use the function <AiNodeLink>, it doesn't work.

Please tell me how to connect the operator node to the option node. Thank you so much.

I am using Arnold 5.4.0.0 and Mtoa 3.3.0
