Can't render Z-Depth AOV with Arnold Stand-ins and MASH (MtoA)

I don't know for sure if my issue is actually caused by Stand-ins or MASH, just a guess. Regardless, my Z-depth AOV is seriously messed up. It's mostly black with only the 'outline' of the Stand-in objects in the MASH network showing up. I can't show an example right now as I only have the issue happening on a work project at the moment, but if someone wants to see I can try to recreate with a new scene. Is this a known issue?

Yes, can you provide a simplified scene, please?
