IPR has a slow refresh on parameter changes

Hello,
when a I do a change in any parameter, the IPR doesn't refresh. I have to stop and restart the IPR render again. How can I speed up this process?
Thank you.

What version of CINEMA 4D?

Can you post the header from an Arnold log so we know your system specs? For example, this is my Windows system:

Do you have the viewport open? The IPR is tied to the viewport and there's a known limitation that it does not update on changes when the viewport (editor) window is closed.

Thank you the replies. Yes, the viewport is open. I went to the Arnold's log windows but I don't have this kind of info. Maybe because I'm using a Mac?

  1. Click Render > Edit Render Settings
  2. On the Arnold Renderer > Diagnostics tab, set the Verbosity level to Info
  3. Render
  4. Open the Console (clickScript > Console)

Make sure the pause button is not active (next to the play button). Otherwise I have no idea why the IPR is not updating. Just to confirm, it's the case in a basic scene too, right? Like a Sphere and an Arnold Sky?
