Hello! I'm very new to Arnold and GPU rendering. I'm unsure what this means exactly. Is there an easy way to fix this?
I'm on a GTX 1050 Ti.
EDIT: I tried recreating the error with a simpler scene. It seems that it only crashes when the material has some sort of transmission or SSS? It crashed on Glass and Plastic but not Brushed Metal. I'll keep trying.
EDIT 2: It's definitely only Transmission. Tested multiple SSS scenes and they rendered fine (although very noisy).
Hi Marco, Would it be possible for you to provide an .ass file of the repro for us to test please?
Guys, do you have any update on this, or you can't reproduce the issue without that file?
A lot of bugs have been fixed over the last year. Can you tell us what your nvidia driver and arnold versions are? Can you post the complete error message (copy/paste the entire error here instead of a screenshot that clips the important error details)?
