How do you use UV Transform in Katana?

Reference link to using UV Transform:

https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/display/A5KTN/UV+Transform#UVTransform-F

I need control the position, size, and rotation of an image on the surface using the Scale, Translate Frame and Rotate Frame attributes. BUT I do nor know the correct workflow like where to place it in the pipe. I'd like to modify the texture wrapping up the walls for the bricks to make them look smaller and in more quantity; I'm using a LookDev (*.klf file for the Material node import for the bricks) and need to adjust this locally.

If this is not possible locally, how can I do it before writing the LookDev (*.klf) files using the ArnoldShadingNode with the correct workflow?

Ok. I have found a solution, but I bet there have got to be a couple of more better approaches in order to get a local edit without the need of having to go all the way back to edit the LookDev file and having to re-import it as material and adjust the UV texture.

To see my solution, just click the image below leading to video; or click directly on the following link, https://youtu.be/yPJcSnDq0K4

I'm open to suggestions; thanks for watching.
