Point Light doesn't work

Point light doesn't work. Arnold just renders black screen. I set intensity to 200, but it takes no effect. Directional Light works well. Maya 2019.

Point light works. Here's MtoA 3.3 in Maya 2019.2, with a point light just above a plane with a default standard surface

Works fine if you have normalized checked.
